In addition, we also provide information on living a nutritious and healthy lifestyle. Raw - "Of or related to a pure & natural state of existence. Uncooked, Unprocessed, Unrefined." Raw foods are living foods that are unprocessed and in their natural state.

Examples are fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Raw foods may be dehydrated at temperatures below 115 degrees in order to keep the nutritional value and enzymes in the food. We do not dehydrate our foods. You get all products in it's most natural form, without removing the high water content of each food.

All of our food bars are gluten free and manufactured in a facility that is also gluten free. Protein powders, greens powders, trail mix, and super foods are also all gluten free. Recovery powder is considered gluten free as a proprietary blend of less than 20ppm, however it does have some small amount of gluten ingredients.
